Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and quality control
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow and on-time deliveries
- Train and mentor weekend staff on safety protocols and operational procedures
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Generate performance reports and analyze operational metrics
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA and company safety standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient in WMS systems and inventory management software
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Friday-Sunday) and holidays
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
