Responsibilities
- Manage daily weekend retail operations including inventory management and staff scheduling
- Lead and motivate a team of 5-7 weekend associates to achieve sales targets
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained across all interactions
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve conflicts, and implement solutions promptly
- Monitor store appearance, safety protocols, and loss prevention measures
- Conduct opening/closing procedures and daily reconciliation tasks
- Train new weekend staff on company policies and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) plus one weekday evening
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus
- Must pass background check and drug screening
