Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations and ensure team productivity targets are met
- Train and mentor new team members on standard procedures and safety protocols
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking with weekday supervisors
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational issues promptly and professionally
- Complete shift reports and document performance metrics accurately
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless workflow
- Enforce company policies and maintain a safe, compliant work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic proficiency in inventory management systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work occasional holidays or overtime as needed
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail preferred
