Responsibilities
- Lead the Weekend Team: Supervise and coordinate daily operations for the weekend shift to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, conduct regular inventory counts, and manage product storage.
- Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Quality Control: Ensure all products meet our high-quality standards before distribution.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment for all staff.
- Team Training: Mentor new hires and provide ongoing training to enhance team performance.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail management.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
