Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations during weekend shifts to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage and mentor a small team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and performance feedback.
- Conduct daily safety inspections and enforce all company safety protocols and regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the team lead on stock replenishment, and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues immediately to maintain high service standards.
- Prepare daily shift reports and update management on productivity metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
- Previous supervisory experience is highly desirable.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and basic computer proficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork.
