Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with safety protocols
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates, fostering a culture of accountability
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material flow to prevent operational bottlenecks
- Implement process improvements to optimize productivity and reduce waste
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries and operational issues with prompt professionalism
- Generate shift reports and performance metrics for leadership review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent service standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-volume, time-sensitive environments
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and warehouse management systems
- Excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle WMS)
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun) with occasional overtime
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
