Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 team members during weekend shifts, ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Manage daily operations including inventory control, cash handling, and staff scheduling
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
- Train new staff on company protocols and service standards
- Maintain strict adherence to safety and sanitation regulations
- Conduct opening/closing procedures for weekend operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hospitality or retail supervisory experience
- Availability to work every weekend (Saturday/Sunday) and holidays
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean record
- Proficient in POS systems and inventory management software
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs regularly
- Must pass background check and drug screening
