Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend shift operations including staffing, inventory management, and service standards
- Train and mentor team members on customer service excellence and safety protocols
- Resolve escalated guest concerns with professionalism and discretion
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Execute weekend promotional events and special programming
- Conduct shift briefings and performance evaluations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years hospitality/supervisory experience in high-volume environments
- Proven ability to lead teams during peak demand periods
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts
- Valid Nevada Gaming Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
