As Weekend Shift Supervisor, you'll oversee 15-20 team members across warehouse, inventory, and distribution functions. Responsibilities
- Lead weekend shift operations including warehouse, inventory control, and distribution activities
- Train and mentor 15-20 cross-functional team members in safety protocols and productivity standards
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize weekend throughput and reduce waste
- Coordinate with overnight teams for seamless shift transitions and handovers
- Conduct daily performance reviews and implement corrective action plans
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a zero-incident safety culture
- Generate shift reports and KPI dashboards for senior leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years supervisory experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing
- Proven track record of improving weekend shift productivity by 15%+
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Strong proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan)
- Bilingual English/Spanish required for El Paso operations
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal oversight
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Associates degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
