Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 8-10 weekend warehouse associates to meet daily production targets
- Coordinate inventory management, shipping/receiving, and quality control processes
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize shift operations using WMS technology and data-driven insights
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate critical issues to management
- Conduct performance evaluations and foster team development
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory software
- OSHA certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
