Responsibilities
- Supervise 8-10 weekend warehouse staff during peak shifts
- Optimize inventory workflows and implement process improvements
- Conduct daily safety audits and enforce compliance protocols
- Coordinate with logistics team for timely weekend deliveries
- Manage staff scheduling and performance reviews
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns
- Prepare weekend shift reports for management review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse or logistics supervision experience
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Valid forklift certification required
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM-2 PM)
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards
