Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend operations and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Train and motivate part-time staff to deliver outstanding customer service
- Manage inventory, cash handling, and POS systems during shifts
- Resolve guest inquiries and operational issues promptly
- Coordinate with managers for seamless weekend-to-weekend transitions
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift evaluations
- Maintain cleanliness and ambiance standards throughout the facility
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in hospitality or retail
- Availability to work flexible weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Basic knowledge of DC health and safety regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent required
