Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 weekend warehouse staff daily
- Coordinate inventory management and order processing
- Enforce safety protocols and operational procedures
- Resolve operational issues and escalate when necessary
- Conduct shift handovers and maintain accurate records
- Train new team members on equipment and processes
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in logistics or warehousing
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays
- Basic proficiency with warehouse management software
- Ability to lift up to 25kg occasionally
- UK work authorization required
