Responsibilities
- Manage daily weekend shift operations, ensuring seamless service delivery
- Lead and motivate a team of 5-8 hospitality professionals
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply replenishment
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain brand standards
- Train new staff on service excellence and operational procedures
- Prepare shift reports and communicate key insights to management
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in hospitality or retail
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Availability to work weekends and holidays consistently
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Maryland food handler certification preferred
