- Generate shift reports and maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
- Availability for flexible weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Basic proficiency with retail management systems
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Valid Texas driver's license (if required for logistics)
