Responsibilities
- Manage weekend shift operations and supervise 5-8 team members
- Ensure exceptional guest service standards during peak weekend hours
- Handle cash operations and POS system reconciliation
- Train new staff on service protocols and safety procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational issues promptly
- Conduct opening/closing duties and inventory management
- Collaborate with management team to optimize weekend workflows
Qualifications
- 2+ years in hospitality or customer service leadership
- Proven experience managing weekend or high-volume shifts
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability (Fri-Sun evenings, holidays)
- Basic POS and cash handling proficiency
- Knowledge of New Orleans tourism industry preferred
- Valid Louisiana food handler certification required
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
