Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during weekend peak hours (6 AM - 10 PM)
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions with 100% accuracy
- Manage inventory and restock high-demand weekend products
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain pristine store appearance and safety standards
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and positivity
- Participate in weekend team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday)
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with POS systems
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing weekend demands
- Valid Oregon driver's license (if driving required)
