Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits to ensure asset integrity.
- Customer Service: Assist customers and team members with inquiries regarding orders and product availability.
- Stock Replenishment: Organize and restock shelves and warehouse areas to maintain a neat and efficient workspace.
- Data Entry: Maintain up-to-date records in our warehouse management system (WMS) for all incoming and outgoing goods.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and fellow team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) is a plus.
