Responsibilities
- Provide personalized shopping experiences for weekend clientele
- Execute visual merchandising standards and product displays
- Process transactions accurately and maintain cash drawer integrity
- Operate POS systems and inventory management tools
- Conduct stock replenishment and floor maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak weekend hours
- Uphold brand standards in customer interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury retail experience required
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 9AM-6PM)
- Expertise in high-end product knowledge and styling
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets
- Fluency in English and Spanish preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Valid California driver's license preferred
