Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance and network stability during off-hours.
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for remote users.
- Resolve complex technical issues via phone, email, and chat channels.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and maintenance activities in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the on-site team to ensure 24/7 operational continuity.
- Perform routine security audits and software updates during the shift.
- Escalate critical incidents to senior management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or IT operations.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and network protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in remote collaboration tools and ticketing software.
