Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure optimal output and quality control
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Document production data accurately and maintain shift logs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year manufacturing/production experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun or Sat-Sun)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Basic math and measurement proficiency
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
- Valid forklift certification a plus
