Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machinery and precision manufacturing equipment with strict quality control standards
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of production tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize weekend production schedules
- Maintain detailed production logs and quality assurance documentation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Train and mentor weekend shift associates on new technologies
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for weekend operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of manufacturing or industrial experience
- CNC certification or equivalent technical training preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Valid forklift certification a plus
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 6AM-6PM)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer proficiency for production tracking systems
