Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor automated warehouse equipment with precision and safety compliance
- Perform quality control checks and document inventory transactions accurately
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless weekend operations
- Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety protocols at all times
- Train on new technologies and process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces in compliance with 5S standards
- Support inventory audits and reconciliation processes
- Resolve operational issues proactively with minimal supervision
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun 6AM-6PM)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Excellent communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
