Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operations for the weekend shift, ensuring all targets are met efficiently and accurately.
- Supervise a team of warehouse associates, conducting shift briefings and providing hands-on training.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a secure working environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement teams to resolve stock discrepancies immediately.
- Manage logistics documentation, including shipping manifests, packing lists, and quality control reports.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance weekend throughput.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and operate heavy machinery (e.g., forklift) safely.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work Saturday and Sunday shifts.
