Responsibilities
- Efficiently load, unload, and transport goods using forklifts and pallet jacks to ensure timely delivery.
- Perform inventory counts and manage stock levels with precision and attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse management systems to update shipment statuses and track inventory.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve operational issues and optimize workflow efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or retail is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license (Class C) and clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
