Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily logistics operations and workflow during weekend shifts to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to maintain 99.9% accuracy.
- Coordinate with the morning and evening shift teams to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of operations.
- Maintain strict adherence to UK health and safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and logistical issues immediately to minimize downtime.
- Prepare and submit detailed performance reports and shift logs for management review.
- Foster a positive and collaborative environment for all team members working the weekend shift.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Valid UK work authorization and the right to work in the United Kingdom without sponsorship.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Availability to work rotating weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holiday cover.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to time management.
