Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards during weekend shifts
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless workflow
- Utilize warehouse management systems for real-time tracking and reporting
- Train and support weekend staff on operational procedures and technology
- Resolve operational issues promptly to maintain weekend productivity targets
- Prepare shift reports and handover documentation for weekday teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations environment
- Availability to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM or 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM)
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Valid forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
