Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily warehouse operations and logistics activities during the weekend shift.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of warehouse associates to ensure high productivity.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, manage stock replenishment, and oversee the receiving and shipping process.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct shift briefings to communicate goals, safety reminders, and operational updates.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve workflow efficiency.
- Handle escalations and customer service inquiries regarding weekend shipments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations.
- Proven experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
