Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational procedures with precision and adherence to company protocols.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability for the weekend rush.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety and health regulations within the facility.
- Collaborate effectively with the Monday-Friday operations team to transfer critical information.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to all internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in training and onboarding new weekend staff members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in operations, logistics, or customer service preferred.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a regular basis.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record.
