Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all daily warehouse and logistics operations during the weekend shift to ensure maximum efficiency and throughput.
- Manage and audit inventory levels, ensuring stock accuracy and timely replenishment.
- Lead, mentor, and direct a team of floor staff, conducting daily briefings and performance reviews.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards to maintain a secure working environment.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments with precision, verifying documentation and accuracy.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement immediate solutions to improve workflow processes.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday management team to ensure seamless transition of operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or warehouse management.
- Proven track record of working independently and maintaining high performance in fast-paced environments.
- Strong proficiency with inventory management software and basic computer applications (ERP systems).
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to resolve complex issues under pressure.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus.
