Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Execute daily warehousing operations, including picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately to meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and update inventory systems to ensure data accuracy and prevent stock discrepancies.
- Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and workplace protocols to maintain a secure environment for all employees.
- Truck Loading: Assist in loading and unloading outbound and inbound trucks in an organized and timely manner.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced setting.
- Reliability: Must possess a consistent track record of attendance and punctuality.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow procedures precisely.
- Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members.
