- Supervise weekend support staff and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Conduct weekend quality assurance audits and incident reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
- 3+ years of healthcare coordination experience
- Valid NY State Medical Assistant certification
- Advanced proficiency in Epic EHR systems
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during high-pressure situations
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Flexibility to work alternating weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
