Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations and workflow during weekend shifts to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule a diverse team of 5-10 employees, fostering a positive and high-performance work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and coordinate with purchasing teams to prevent shortages.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company operational policies.
- Resolve operational issues and customer complaints promptly and professionally to maintain service standards.
- Prepare and submit detailed weekly shift reports to the management team.
- Collaborate closely with the weekday management team to ensure continuity and seamless handovers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or Logistics preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to direct teams effectively and manage conflict.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus.
