Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate weekend retail teams to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
- Execute daily store opening/closing procedures and inventory management

- Monitor floor coverage and ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained
- Train and onboard new weekend staff on company protocols
- Analyze weekend sales data and implement improvement strategies
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and security regulations
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail management or supervisory experience
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-traffic environments
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management software
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
