Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to strict quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and stock levels within the warehouse.
- Forklift Operations: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets customer specifications.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to resolve issues.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of warehouse equipment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics, warehousing, or a related field preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating or fixed schedule.
- License: Valid Forklift Operator Certification is a plus (training available for the right candidate).
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging inventory.
- Attitude: Proactive, reliable, and safety-conscious work ethic.
