Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and inventory management during the weekend shift.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct safety audits and maintain compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Manage and organize stockpiles, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Collaborate with the weekday operations team to ensure continuity.
- Train and mentor new warehouse staff on weekend protocols.
- Resolve logistical issues and escalations efficiently.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associateās degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
- Proven ability to operate warehouse equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
