Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations and ensure exceptional customer service standards
- Train and mentor new weekend team members on brewing techniques and POS systems
- Manage inventory, cash handling, and daily sales reporting
- Resolve customer inquiries and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless operational transitions
- Execute weekend promotions and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Ensure strict compliance with health and safety protocols
Qualifications
- 2+ years in hospitality or customer service leadership role
- Proven experience with POS systems and inventory management
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts, 10am-6pm)
- Basic food safety certification (ServSafe preferred)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Knowledge of specialty coffee brewing techniques preferred
- Excellent communication and team-building skills
