Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming inventory with precision and speed.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using material handling equipment (Forklift certified preferred).
- Perform quality control checks on all outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the floor team to meet daily productivity targets and KPIs.
- Update inventory management systems as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Friday through Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging data.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
