Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations, including efficient picking, packing, and shipping of merchandise.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in strict accordance with OSHA standards.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks) safely and perform routine equipment inspections.
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to identify damages or errors.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily productivity targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and organization of storage areas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Tampa facility.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required by business needs.
