Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers and answering inquiries with a friendly demeanor.
- Assist in the restocking, organizing, and displaying of merchandise to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process sales and returns.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak weekend hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and loss prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and transaction accuracy.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
