Responsibilities
- Manage Inbound & Outbound Operations: Efficiently process and verify shipments to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
- Customer Engagement: Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, resolving inquiries with a positive attitude.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records to support supply chain efficiency.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks and basic troubleshooting on warehouse equipment and software systems.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with day-shift supervisors and cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and resolve bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service preferred.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management systems.
