Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Assist in the loading, unloading, and sorting of freight and inventory with speed and accuracy.
- Quality Assurance: Perform routine checks on inventory to ensure stock levels are correct and merchandise is undamaged.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred).
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients and team members to resolve any issues efficiently.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is a plus.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
