Responsibilities
- Packing & Sorting: Efficiently pack, label, and sort products to meet daily volume targets.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Quality Control: Perform inspections on incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse protocols.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and stock organization.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments.
Qualifications
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- License: Valid Driver's License required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable for weekend shifts.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
