Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational tasks, including receiving, stocking, and inventory management to ensure optimal product availability.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards and company protocols.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently during peak weekend hours.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve workflow bottlenecks and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all products meet company specifications before dispatch or storage.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners or warehouse management systems.
- Proven track record of reliability and punctuality in previous employment.
- Forklift certification is a plus but training may be provided for qualified candidates.
