Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Process and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently during weekend shifts.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular stock counts and manage inventory levels to ensure data accuracy.
- Customer Support: Handle inbound calls and inquiries regarding orders and product availability.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse regulations to maintain a secure environment.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanning equipment as required.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the Monday-Friday team to ensure seamless operations.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Experience: Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency with computer systems and data entry.
