- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday support team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Participate in the Hiring Event orientation and ongoing professional development training.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while adhering to company protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred).
- Strong technical aptitude with experience in Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote candidates.
- Basic knowledge of networking and software installation.
