As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the face of Horizon Retail, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers with product inquiries and recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale, ensuring all payment methods are handled correctly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom in accordance with company standards.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and replenishing displays as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets and store goals.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; previous retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact positively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs (11 kg) occasionally.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn new processes quickly.
