Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-store customer service and product recommendations
- Process transactions accurately and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Manage inventory and merchandise displays during weekend shifts
- Assist with visual merchandising and store cleanliness
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations promptly
- Collaborate with weekend team members to achieve sales targets
- Operate POS systems and process returns/exchanges
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience
- Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday, 8am-6pm)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic retail software
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Positive attitude with a service-oriented mindset
