Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store and phone customer service during weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Assist customers with product inquiries, returns, and inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations during peak weekend hours
- Uphold brand standards through visual merchandising and store cleanliness
- Resolve customer concerns promptly with a solution-oriented mindset
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and stock replenishment activities
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability to work consistently on weekends (Saturday/Sunday)
