Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer service and resolve inquiries with professionalism
- Process transactions accurately and maintain secure cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize weekend operations
- Assist with inventory management and merchandising during weekend shifts
- Train new associates on weekend-specific protocols and customer engagement

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to operate POS systems and basic inventory software
- Proven problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Flexibility to adapt to changing weekend operational demands
- Valid Ohio driver's license (for occasional store transfers)
